The role emphasizes cost controls, catering event execution, and rolling out new culinary programs in conjunction with the marketing and culinary teams. AOS degree or culinary certificate is preferred.

Qualifications

• A.O.S. Degree in Culinary Arts or culinary certificate is preferred.
• Progressive culinary/kitchen management experience is desirable.
• Catering experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with cost controls and expenditures.
• Plan and create menus in collaboration with the executive team.
• Produce and execute catering events.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
