Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or relevant experience in engineering, purchasing or supply chain.
• Experience in indirect procurement, facilities management, or sourcing.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing and cost management strategies for GSE, facilities, consumables, capital and construction projects.
• Create strategic sourcing models to maximize product and service value.
• Negotiate and manage contracts from RFP to completion.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Perform advanced quantitative analyses of supplier performance.
• Place purchase orders and resolve blocked invoices.
• Coordinate with planning to move materials to planned delivery schedules.
