Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Sourcing Manager for Food & Facilities based in McGregor, TX. The role leads sourcing strategy, supplier management, and contract execution, driving cost reductions and value creation for indirect spend.

You will partner with internal stakeholders, manage supplier performance, and ensure compliance with category strategies while supporting SG&A reductions. The position requires onsite work with up to 20% travel and a strong background in procurement.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in purchasing/operations or supply chain management, or bachelor’s degree with 5+ years’ experience.
• Experience in purchasing or supply chain; food industry experience and facilities services preferred.
• Technical skills in MS Office, SQL, PowerBI; strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Strategize sourcing for assigned categories to reduce risk and meet cost targets.
• Manage internal stakeholders and drive compliance to category strategies.
• Partner across functions to drive change and negotiate favorable supplier terms and costs.
• Perform quantitative analysis to measure cost savings, KPI delivery, and supplier performance.
• Develop procurement strategies to balance cost, risk, and service levels.
• Draft and manage contracts with Legal; ensure supplier performance to contract terms.
