Job summary

You will conduct market analyses, draft contracts with Legal, negotiate favorable terms, and monitor supplier KPIs while maintaining high integrity in procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in one or more: Engineering, Purchasing, Contract negotiation, Operations or supply chain management.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in one or more of the listed areas.
• Experience in purchasing or supply chain roles; familiarity with food industry and facilities services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create sourcing strategies for assigned categories to reduce risk and meet cost targets.
• Develop internal stakeholder relationships to optimize value of products and services.
• Partner across functions and with suppliers to drive results and change management.
• Perform advanced quantitative analysis to identify financial impacts and KPIs for suppliers.
• Analyze global supply chain dynamics and develop multi-sourcing and risk-balanced procurement strategies.
• Draft and manage contract documents with Legal; ensure supplier performance against obligations.
• Negotiate terms to maximize value and cost savings; manage supplier KPIs and SLA alignment.
• Manage preferred suppliers and related programs to improve performance and cost reductions.
• Place purchase orders and resolve blocked invoices; drive efficiency to reduce transactions.
