Crusoe is seeking a Senior Strategic Sourcing Specialist, Colocations, to lead sourcing strategies for Cloud Data Center equipment categories and manage end-to-end procurement from market analysis to contracts. You’ll partner with Data Center Engineering, Construction, and Operations to drive value, mitigate risk, and optimize supplier relationships in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 2-5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or category management.
• Foundational understanding of category strategy development and cost savings methodologies.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail; proficient in Excel.
• Solid communication and stakeholder partnership skills with a desire to grow influence.
• Experience in negotiation and the ability to interact and deal-make effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with good time-management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of sourcing strategies for Cloud Data Center categories.
• Assist end-to-end procurement lifecycle from market analysis to contract negotiation and supplier performance management.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver value and mitigate risk.
• Support contract negotiations and supplier relationship management to optimize cost, quality, and service delivery.
• Identify and implement procurement process improvements for efficiency and visibility.
• Analyze product and price data for negotiations and develop recommendations.
• Lead multiple RFIs/RFQs/RFPs and prepare bid summaries and awards.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term supplier relationships.
• Proactively communicate progress and potential challenges to stakeholders.
