Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking Senior Sourcing Recruiters to join our client from BIG 4 for ROD solutions. The role focuses on sourcing across Poland, collaborating with hiring partners, and delivering a high-class recruitment experience with a strong emphasis on English and Polish language proficiency.

You will operate remotely from Poland, supporting finance, tax, accounting and law profiles while leveraging Randstad’s global platform and insights to tailor solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing passive profiles.
• AI open approach - daily usage is a must.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Advisory approach when guiding hiring decisions.
• Ability to work closely with senior stakeholders and provide recruitment excellence.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work remotely from Poland.

Responsibilities

• You will manage the sourcing process for profiles across finance, tax, accounting, law and more.
• Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners to coordinate searches.
• Source top talent across Poland and offer high-quality recruitment advice.

What you will do

• You will manage the sourcing process for various profiles like: finance, tax, accounting, law and more
• Collaborate with a portfolio of hiring partners
• Source top talent across Poland
• Providing a high-class standard of client service and recruitment advice on recruitment activity, utilising technology and insights, and tailoring the most appropriate solution based on the requirements

• Experienced sourcing passive profiles - strong sourcing skills
• AI open approach - experience utilizing on daily bases is a must
• Fluent in English and Polish
