Randstad Enterprise in the United States is seeking an MSP Talent Advisor in our Sourceright division to implement and deliver a managed services program strategy. You will own requisition fulfillment and non-FTE procurement strategy, partnering with client stakeholders and hiring managers.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, market intelligence, and collaboration with global teams to drive high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of MSP experience.
  • Client services experience interfacing with executive/C-suite leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with Beeline VMS.
  • Background in candidate generation, requisition management, or consultative recruiting.
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred (or equivalent work experience).

Are you our new colleague? We’re looking for an MSP Talent Advisor

how you will contribute

As an MSP Talent Advisor in our Sourceright division, you will be accountable for implementing and delivering a successful managed services program strategy to meet or exceed spend, revenue, and profit targets. You will act as a strategic and consultative partner to client key stakeholders and hiring managers, taking full ownership of requisition fulfillment and non-FTE procurement strategy.

your typical day includes
  • Conducting intake calls with hiring managers to clarify requirements and establish recruiting timelines.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for non-FTE procurement and vendor management system (VMS) tools.
  • Managing the candidate pipeline, conducting screens, presenting qualified candidate slates, and selling opportunities to ensure offer acceptance.
  • Proactively gathering market intelligence to share with internal recruitment teams and client leaders.
  • Collaborating with global colleagues, talent sourcing specialists, and centers of expertise to drive quality delivery.
your responsibilities include
  • Servicing the talent needs of assigned account(s) and implementing strategies to capture market share.
  • Managing budget accountability, performance scorecards, and overall delivery to meet client SLAs and KPIs.
  • Developing strong relationships with client partners and executive leadership to solve complex hiring challenges.
  • Executing processes and procedures to deliver against service level metrics and employment branding strategies.
your background

Our employment conditions reflect this:

  • Base salary range: $72,800 to $104,000 (commensurate with experience, education, and location).
  • Option to participate in Randstad's Employee Stock Purchase Plan & 401(k).
  • Generous PTO policy (at least 18 paid days off in your first full year, 1 paid volunteer day, 9 paid holidays).
  • Paid parental leave, tuition/professional development support, and exclusive corporate discount programs.
