Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing to develop and execute sourcing strategies for facility and construction services across assigned accounts. You will ensure procurement standards are maintained and align with client expectations while improving supplier performance.

This remote role supports teams from Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Indianapolis, Orlando and Philadelphia.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience.
• 3–5 years of people management and/or account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or Procurement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for facility and construction services across assigned accounts.
• Ensure procurement standards are maintained and aligned with client requirements.
• Drive supplier performance and contract compliance across accounts.
• Collaborate with account teams to deliver on client expectations and cost savings.
• Support annual sourcing planning, program implementation, and results monitoring.
• Administer and maintain supplier contract files and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing policies and contracting procedures.
• Conduct market and spend analysis to identify cost savings and supplier improvements.
• Lead supplier performance reviews, manage scorecards and service obligations.
• Provide operations with guidance on standardized RFP/bid and contract processes.
• Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations proactively.
• Establish relationships with Legal and Risk Management to review terms.
