We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for mechanical components and assemblies across Oura’s hardware programs. This role requires strong cross‑functional partnership with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, and Legal, as well as direct engagement with key mechanical suppliers. You will be accountable for building sourcing strategies that enable high‑volume production readiness, supplier scalability, and cost/performance optimization—while supporting rapid development cycles and NPI execution.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in our San Francisco office.
