  • Manage allocation strategies for constrained materials across factories and programs.
  • Simulate and analyze liability scenarios and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and manage key supply‑chain data and metrics.
Collaboration and Process Implementation
  • Lead weekly materials reviews, preparing and presenting updates on material status, risks, and mitigation plans.
  • Work with CMs and suppliers to track and project material availability and resolve materials‑related issues.
  • Collaborate with global cross‑functional teams to drive supply‑chain readiness for NPI programs and/or program EOL.
  • Be a voice of supply‑chain to influence program decisions, implement supply‑chain strategies, and improve operational efficiency.
  • Support the implementation and utilization of supply‑chain systems for end‑to‑end component tracking and inventory planning.
  • Willingness to travel up to 2–3 times per quarter internationally and domestically.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience working in a supply‑chain/materials planning role or a related field.

  • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, including the ability to establish and improve processes in a dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel; expertise working with large datasets.
  • In‑depth knowledge and experience working with MRP and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary and equity packages.
  • Health, dental, vision insurance, and mental health resources.
  • An Oura Ring of your own plus employee discounts for friends and family.
  • 20 days of paid time off plus 13 paid holidays plus 8 days of flexible wellness time off.
  • Paid sick leave and parental leave.
  • Amazing culture of collaborative and passionate coworkers.
