We are seeking an experienced Senior Materials Program Manager to join Oura's Supply Chain team. This role is responsible for executing materials planning processes and ensuring effective communication within our global supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and excellent analytical skills. The Materials Program Manager will play a key role in optimizing our supply‑chain operations, working closely with Contract Manufacturers (CMs), suppliers, and internal teams to bring our product vision to life.
Hybrid role: the candidate must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and able to come into the office 3 days per week.
Compensation: Oura takes a market‑based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job‑related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. Region 1: $143,650 – $169,000.
