Job summary

IMTT is seeking a full-time, senior sourcing leader to independently drive end-to-end procurement in industrial and energy environments. You will own the 7-step sourcing process, lead complex negotiations with Legal, and build category roadmaps aligned to business objectives.

You will develop spend analytics, dashboards, and supplier governance, collaborating with senior stakeholders to implement savings, risk reduction, and continuity planning across terminals in North America.

Qualifications

10+ years in strategic sourcing/category management/procurement in industrial/energy/logistics environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field required; MBA/advanced degree preferred.
MBA/advanced degree and CPSM/CIPS (or equivalent) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sourcing through implementation and supplier performance management.
Develop category strategies and sourcing roadmaps aligned to business objectives.
Negotiate complex terms with Legal; develop playbooks and compliant deal structures.
Own procurement controls/policies and proactively manage supplier risk; drive continuity plans.
Build spend/TCO insights and KPI dashboards; drive continuous improvements across procure-to-pay.
Lead implementation and adoption of awarded agreements and drive change management to realize benefits.
