Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to develop and execute category strategies, lead sourcing initiatives, and optimize total cost of ownership across multiple suppliers. You will negotiate terms, manage strategic relationships, and partner with Finance, Legal, and operations to deliver measurable value.

Ideal candidates have deep procurement expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced energy and logistics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required.
• At least 8 years of experience in procurement or category management.
• Deep knowledge of procurement processes and cost optimization.
• Experience leading teams or supervising staff.
• Ability to influence across Finance, Legal, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year category strategies aligned with priorities.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives including spend analysis and RFPs.
• Perform TCO and cost-modeling analyses to inform decisions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to achieve cost savings and mitigate risk.
• Manage supplier relationships with performance reviews and scorecards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and drive process improvements.
