Job summary

Confidential is seeking a client-facing senior sourcing professional to lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives for BPO and outsourced services, spanning strategy development, competitive bidding, supplier selection, and contract execution across multiple regions.

You will build category strategies, drive market analysis, coordinate RFIs and RFPs, negotiate terms, and partner with legal, risk and compliance to mitigate supplier risk in regulated environments, delivering measurable cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience sourcing BPO services.
• Proven track record managing sourcing events from strategy through contract execution.
• Strong commercial and contract negotiation capabilities.
• Experience in banking/financial services or other regulated industries.
• Understanding of supplier risk management and outsourcing governance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience supporting international sourcing programs.

Responsibilities
