Job summary

Onto Innovation is seeking a senior procurement professional to drive strategic sourcing initiatives across key commodities. You will develop programs that optimize supplier relationships, leverage ERP-driven insights, and deliver measurable cost savings while partnering with internal teams to meet business goals.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiation, and change-management skills, plus the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA or equivalent in business or quantitative field.
• 10+ years of operational experience, with at least 5 years in a Supply Chain role.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, master scheduling, material planning and procurement.
• Excellent communication and succinct presentation of business needs, plans and status.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for assigned commodities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align sourcing programs with business goals and cost targets.
