Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Product Sourcing Engineer for Intelligence Systems to own the end-to-end supply chain and BOM cost management across product lifecycles. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, and manufacturing to develop supplier onboarding, pricing, and procurement strategies for the Intelligence & Space line.

You will drive supplier selection, manage total cost of ownership, and lead cost engineering activities, with 8+ years in sourcing and the possibility of travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field.
• 8+ years in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development.
• Experience with electronics and/or mechanical design is preferred.
• Active U.S. Secret security clearance or eligibility.
• Willingness to travel 10–40% of the time.
• Willingness to relocate to Ashville, OH for onsite work; temporary training in Santa Ana, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain for the Intelligence & Space product line.
• Lead BOM cost management and supplier onboarding & development.
• Negotiate pricing and manage total BOM costs across product lifecycles.
• Drive supplier selection using approved lists and onboarding of new vendors.
• Converge cost curves toward product cost using value engineering and TNFO.
• Manage schedule risk to ensure on-time delivery and cost targets.
