Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Senior Product Sourcing Engineer to drive strategic supply network development and cost management for the Counter Intrusion portfolio. You will collaborate with suppliers, engineering, quality, and manufacturing to optimize procurement across lifecycles.

You will lead supplier selection, cost engineering, and BOM optimization, with 30–40% travel, onsite in Texas preferred but remote work is allowed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or design of electronics and/or mechanical devices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier selection for a specific product and leverage an approved supplier list.
• Partner with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development with clear statements of work.
• Should cost / Clean sheet models for cost optimization across lifecycles.
• Joint design development with clear statements of work and BOM management.
• Simulation of mechanical and electronics designs to optimize performance and cost.
• Consolidate manufacturing BOMs with Quality & Manufacturing to ramp production.
• Manage CAPEX during NPI and drive value-stream mapping to reduce lead times.
