Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior NPI Supply Chain Engineer for Intelligence Systems to own the end-to-end supply chain for the Intelligence & Space product line. You will drive supplier onboarding, cost management, BOM development, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, quality, and manufacturing.

The role emphasizes on-time delivery, aggressive lead-time reduction, and total cost of ownership optimization across NPI and mass production, with a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in sourcing engineering, supplier engagement and development, or design of electronics and/or mechanical devices.
• Domain expertise in procurement engineering or TCO-related work at component and product level.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
• Willingness to travel 10–40% and relocate to Ashville, OH; training period in Santa Ana, CA.

Responsibilities

• Deep dive into the engineering BOM with engineering to ensure parts can be sourced at target cost.
• Conduct supplier selection using the approved list and onboard unique vendors for Space & Intelligence.
• Drive on-time delivery with innovative approaches to lead-time constraints.
• Collaborate with strategic suppliers to accelerate product development through scoping, trade-offs, Should-Cost models, and joint design efforts.
• Develop and consolidate manufacturing BOMs to ramp internal production and supplier capability.
• Manage total program cost across NPI and mass production, including risk assessments and cost-control.
• Conduct value-stream mapping to optimize lead time and flexibility in the supply network.
• Lead cost engineering to converge to product cost and optimize total cost of ownership.
• Address ad-hoc cost issues (tariffs, import/export costs, inflation) and maintain on-time delivery at target cost.
