Halls Chophouse in Greenville, SC seeks a passionate Sommelier to elevate our wine program and educate guests. You will lead guests through the wine list, manage inventory, purchasing, and budgeting, while upholding exceptional hospitality.

Must have 5+ years in a high-volume setting and a valid South Carolina Alcohol Server Training Certificate. Court of Master Sommeliers certification is a plus; wine knowledge and sales skills are essential. We offer strong benefits and dining discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience as Sommelier in high volume restaurant or steakhouse.
• Must have valid South Carolina State Approved Alcohol Server Training Certificate.
• Certification in the Court of Master Sommeliers is a plus.
• Previous experience as a Sommelier, Wine Steward or Hospitality role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Adherence to alcohol handling laws and regulations.
• Interest in continuing education.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
