Fin is reshaping AI-powered customer experiences with its premier AI agent Fin. We are seeking a senior Solutions PMM to build and lead our competitive strategy and enablement efforts.

You will own the narrative against top competitors, drive campaigns, and establish an AI-driven competitive intelligence program that informs product, marketing, and ICP decisions. This is a hybrid role in the SF Bay Area.

Qualifications

• This role requires 7+ years in product marketing, competitive intelligence, or solutions marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience owning competitive strategy end-to-end and building a compete function from scratch is preferred.
• Ability to translate win/loss data and market signals into actionable strategy.
• Experience creating field-ready content and assets that actually get used.

Responsibilities

• Establish Fin's competitive function from the ground up with intel, messaging, and playbooks.
• Define differentiation messaging against tier-1 competitors for campaigns and field use.
• Create a sustainable AI-driven CI program with cross-functional partners.
• Operationalize strategy into battle cards, plays, and field enablement.
• Synthesise data from wins, interviews, and signals into strategic recommendations.
• Develop proactive compete motions and expand to sales plays over time.
• Produce core PMM assets and maintain AI-context brain for products.
