As Forward Deployed Software Engineer, you will work hands-on with strategic customers, partnering with R&D and GTM teams to design and deliver high-impact solutions that bridge customer needs and product innovation.

You’ll go beyond implementation—shaping product direction, influencing roadmap decisions, and ensuring Fin delivers measurable business outcomes in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Experience building a SaaS product with real-world usage.
• Strong coding skills in at least one high-level language.
• Ability to work with customers and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site with customers.
• Experience with REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Fin with strategic customers.
• Embed with customers to understand business challenges and technical requirements.
• Code side-by-side with customer teams to deliver projects.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product for feedback.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Forward Deployed Software Engineering function.
