Job summary

Deepgram is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Solutions Marketing, to become our first dedicated solutions marketer. You’ll translate our speech platform into compelling narratives, decks, and proofs that demonstrate real-world outcomes for buyers and end-users across healthcare, federal, financial services, and CX sectors.

You’ll own end-to-end content, collaborate across marketing, sales, and engineering, and help define category adoption.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of solutions, product, or portfolio marketing experience in B2B SaaS.
• Portfolio of solutions marketing work: solution briefs, first-call decks, battlecards, sales plays.
• Proven use of AI to accelerate workflows, content creation, and program scale.
• Track record translating multi-product portfolio into segment narratives with measurable pipeline or win-rate impact.
• Hands-on enablement experience: content sellers actually used, with feedback loops.
• Demand gen partnership fluency: you understand pipeline mechanics and have handed campaign-ready messaging.
• Excellent writing that survives technical reviews and enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own the solutions bill of materials end-to-end: for each priority use case and vertical, build and maintain the narrative, first-call deck, solution brief, hero demo script, battlecard, proof points, and web copy, refreshed quarterly.
• Build use-case-first messaging with vertical multipliers: anchor on what buyers deploy (voice agents for support, clinical documentation, ordering, intake) and layer verticals on top.
• Lead the solutions layer of every major launch: own the 'what this unlocks for your industry' story, including named accuracy metrics.
• Be the voice of the market: mine sales calls, win-loss data, and usage patterns for messaging evidence; sit in prospect calls.
• Feed demand gen and the field: hand campaign-ready narratives and landing-page messaging to Demand Gen; route solutions content through co-marketing.
• Own competitive positioning by segment against AI-native voice platforms and legacy vendors.
• Build the solutions content engine as a repeatable AI-powered system and publish reusable pieces for PMM peers.
