Cisco is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Engineering for Amazon to lead a large sales engineering team and drive the technical strategy for hyperscale and cloud-linked deployments. Qualifications

10+ years in Sales/Solutions Engineering roles.
15+ years in related fields with 5+ years in leadership (managing leaders).
2+ years with cloud and AI networking technologies.
Deep hyperscale experience: designing deployments for hyperscale and public cloud infra, DC interconnects, AI/ML networking.
Enterprise networking experience: campus networks, switching, wireless, WAN, security and observability.

Responsibilities

Lead a large, multi-layered sales engineering team and develop technical strategies to win customers.
Build executive relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive Cisco portfolio adoption.
Define the long-term technical vision for the account and ensure Cisco’s solutions align with hyperscale customer needs.
Mentor leaders and scale a dispersed team while maintaining engagement and collaboration.
