Job summary

LiftOne is seeking a design-focused Project Engineer for BlueSkye Automation projects in Atlanta. You will design and sell cutting-edge automated warehouse systems, work directly with automation OEMs, and ensure the right solution is delivered on time for customers.

You will own projects end to end and drive fast, informed decisions with urgency. The role emphasizes engineering discipline in sales, cross-functional teamwork, and hands-on problem solving across design and implementation stages.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical or industrial preferred).
• 5+ years experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to design and cost custom automation solutions.
• Own system requirements from PO through Sign Off.
• Design, source, and document custom solutions.
• Manage documentation and communicate with stakeholders across teams.
• Support project financials, deliverables, and change orders.
• Coordinate with OEMs and vendors to meet quality standards.
• Assist with commissioning, testing, and system acceptance.
• Collaborate across Sales, PM, Service, Ops and OEM partners.
