Job summary

Coralogix in San Francisco is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer to join our pre-sales team. You will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, lead product evaluations, design solutions, and validate Coralogix in customer environments.

During evaluations you’ll be both presenter and technical owner, deploying, configuring, integrating, troubleshooting, and validating at scale while earning credibility with engineers and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on deployment, configuration, troubleshooting and integration.
• Solid observability knowledge: logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards, monitoring.
• Experience leading technical evaluations and POC processes.
• Ability to communicate with engineers, DevOps, SRE, and executives.
• Proficient in cloud-native environments and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy for sales opportunities with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery across architecture, telemetry sources, pain, and success criteria.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations tied to customer use cases.
• Manage technical evaluations and POCs from scope to validation.
• Support deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
• Collaborate with users across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes, cloud, apps, and security.
• Explain architecture, differentiation, and value to tech and exec audiences.
• Identify risks, remove blockers, and guide toward technical decision.
