Job summary

Coralogix is seeking a senior Solutions Engineer to join our San Francisco pre-sales team. You will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery, design solutions, and help customers validate Coralogix in their environments.

In this hands-on role you’ll deploy, configure, and troubleshoot across logs, metrics, traces, and security use cases, communicating clear business value to engineers and executives alike. Hybrid work with in-office days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Pre-Sales.
• Hands-on deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, and integration experience.
• Strong observability knowledge: logs, metrics, traces, APM, dashboards.
• Ability to speak credibly with engineers and executives.
• Cloud-native environments, distributed systems, containers.

Responsibilities

• Own technical strategy for sales opportunities with Account Executives.
• Lead discovery across architecture, telemetry, pain points, and success criteria.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations connecting Coralogix to real customer use cases.
• Manage evaluations and POCs from scope to validation.
• Support deployment, configuration, integration, and troubleshooting during evaluations.
