Job summary

Edged Data Centers in the United States seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to be a technical cornerstone of our sales team, translating complex client requirements into innovative, sustainable data center designs. You will drive technical customer solutions for the North American division and report to the Director of Solutions Engineering.

• Understanding of data center infrastructure design and construction.
• Ability to determine electrical and mechanical data center solutions.
• Experience with technical sales processes and buyers.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for hyperscale and enterprise customers.
• Lead site tours, technical calls, and design reviews.
• Lead proposal generation and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, engineering, construction, and operations teams.
• Deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations.
