Job summary

Structured Communication Systems Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Center Solutions Engineer for our pre-sales engineering team in the Pacific Northwest.

You will design and architect enterprise data center solutions spanning storage, compute, virtualization, data protection, archiving, and hybrid cloud environments. Engage with customers to assess requirements, lead discovery sessions, and develop solution architectures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in data center infrastructure engineering or related pre/post sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of VMware environments and data center technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect enterprise data center solutions across storage, compute, virtualization, data protection, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Lead discovery sessions, develop solution architectures, and support modernization initiatives.
• Prepare BOMs, proposals, and customer presentations; coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
