Job summary

Exaforce, a leading SOC platform and MDR service, seeks a technical deal leader for a regional sales territory. You own all technical aspects of deals, define POV success criteria, scope data sources, manage onboarding, drive outcomes, surface unexpected findings, and land the technical win.

Most interactions are with security and IT operations professionals, SOC managers, and CISOs who must explain programs to boards.

Qualifications

• Experience owning enterprise deals with POVs or technical evaluations.
• Deep understanding of SOC operations, triage, escalation, and detection tuning.
• Credible knowledge of cloud, identity, and endpoint technologies to answer engineers.

Responsibilities

• Run discovery that surfaces customer pain points and walk through a day in the life of analysts.
• Deliver demos tailored to room participants and maintain thread under pushback.
• Own POVs from scoping call to technical win: criteria, data sources, onboarding, execution, wrap-up.
• Co-sell MDR service with MDR team, including guardrails, SLAs, and escalation paths.
• Present wrap-ups to mixed rooms, translating findings into business value for practitioners.
• Feed product team with real signals from deals to influence roadmap.
• Help build and scale a world-class SE team; contribute to runbooks, guides, and playbooks.
