Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate technical/commercial proposals with internal teams.
• Review orders, contracts, and specs to verify requirements and scope.
• Assist in sizing configurations, pricing, and quotation development.
• Lead front-end order management from quote to handoff to Operations.
• Coordinate pre-approval documents and customer meetings during pre-approval.
• Maintain project records, logs, and customer submittals.
• Support traveling sales managers and marketing with materials.
