Job summary

Keyfactor is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant in the United States (Remote) to lead design and implementation of large-scale trust infrastructure projects. You will partner with Sales on pre-sales activities, drive innovation, and serve as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues across enterprise environments.

Ideal candidates have PKI, AD CS/AD FS, Unix/Linux, and Microsoft 365 experience, plus the ability to mentor teams and influence executive decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent.
• Significant experience in technical MSP or software consulting.
• Deep knowledge of networking and infrastructure.
• Experience with AD CS and AD FS.
• Proficiency in Unix/Linux.
• Knowledge of PKI, certificates, and cryptography.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Ability to lead complex projects and influence decisions.

About the position

The Senior Solutions Consultant provides strategic leadership in designing and implementing solutions for large-scale projects. They drive innovation and thought leadership in customer engagements, collaborate closely with Sales teams on pre-sales activities, and serve as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.

Minimum Qualifications, Education, and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant field preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Solid knowledge in a technical, MSP, or software consulting capacity.
• Extensive knowledge of industry trends, company strategy, and cross‑functional processes.
• Competent understanding of core networking and infrastructure fundamentals.
• Competent with Active Directory Certificate Services & Active Directory Federation Services.
• Competent with Unix/Linux.
• Competent in Public-Key Infrastructure (PKI), digital certificates, and cryptography.
• Competent with business application suites such as Microsoft 365.
• Ability to lead complex projects, drive strategic initiatives, and influence decision‑making. #LI-NA1
