Job summary

Obsidian Security is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer for an entirely remote role with a preference for the Greater US Northeast. You will lead technical engagements, demonstrate Obsidian’s SaaS security capabilities, and partner with sales to drive technical wins.

The role requires strong communication, API knowledge, and field experience in cybersecurity. Travel may be required to customer sites and events in support of the sales cycle. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Strong cybersecurity knowledge, especially cloud/SaaS security.
• Experience with APIs, integrations and middleware.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining Obsidian solutions to customers.
• Collaborate with sales to assess security needs and map to Obsidian capabilities.
• Conduct solution proof-of-value engagements to win technical buy-in.
• Provide feedback to product/engineering from field experiences.
• Willingness to travel based on customer opportunities.
