Job summary

Sanas is seeking a Solutions Engineer to drive pilots and close enterprise deals for a fast-growing AI company.

You will own the technical side of a portfolio, qualify pilots, coordinate with AEs, security teams, and engineering, and articulate business impact to executives. Travel ~20% and hybrid Boston-based work with 2 days in the office.

Strong written communication and CCaaS experience are essential to craft concise Readouts and win in competitive pilots.

Qualifications

6+ years in presales solutions engineering, solutions consulting, or a technical customer-facing role in CCaaS, CX, UC, or contact center software.
Ability to own the room with senior executives and troubleshoot with IT/Desktop admins.
Experience running security reviews and RFP responses on your own.
Clear and concise written communication.
Willing to travel ~20% to support customers and teams.

Responsibilities

Set up pilots and qualify the technical and business fit before commitment to a pilot.
Coordinate with AEs, security, deployment, and engineering to ensure successful pilots and deployments.
Build and present readouts with metrics like AHT, CSAT, and conversion.
Handover to Customer Success with a compelling narrative for kickoff.
Collaborate with Sales Engineers, Deployment Managers, and regional teams across the US, India, and the Philippines.
