Job summary

IPC Systems is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer to lead global information security and technology risk across hybrid environments. You will align security with business strategy, engage with regulators and clients, and guide secure product delivery.

You will manage governance, incident response, and third-party risk while driving a strong security culture across a global team and multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a CISO or senior information security leader.
• Experience in fintech, capital markets, or regulated environments.
• Strong knowledge of cloud security, governance and regulatory frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and governance of cyber risk with business impact.
• Board and executive reporting on security, risk and resilience.
• Client trust through audits, certifications, due diligence and RFPs.
• Policy creation for data protection, access, and AI governance.
• Regulatory compliance leadership for NYDFS, FINRA, SEC, GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2.
• Security architecture across cloud, network, and applications.
• Threat and vulnerability management oversight.
• Third-party risk management and vendor oversight.
• Lead global security team and promote security culture.
