Job summary

Fusion Connect is seeking a Sales Engineer with a strong networking and UCaaS background to support multiple sales channels and deliver customer-focused solutions. The role requires knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem, security policies, and cloud-based services, enabling effective demos and designs for enterprise opportunities.

You will collaborate with product teams, assist in complex proposals, and train sales colleagues while managing multiple high-value projects within aggressive timelines.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in Sales Engineering or technical sales.
• Experience with NGFW and SD-WAN deployments across locations.
• Experience with MS Teams, CSP Licensing, Operator Connect and Direct Routing.
• Experience deploying Omni-Channel service delivery for Collaboration tech.
• Certifications with Fortinet, Meraki or VeloCloud preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with assigned sales teams to meet revenue targets for Cloud Services.
• Serve as SME to address product questions and deliver complex demos.
• Liaise with Product teams to shape offerings during weekly core team meetings.
• Handle multiple qualified opportunities and support complex proposals.
• Deliver technical training to sales staff as required.
• Document sales activity and coverage in sales tools.
• Represent Fusion in key sales events and maintain professional standards.
• Provide regular updates to Solutions Engineering management under tight deadlines.
• Manage high-revenue projects across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
