Responsibilities

• Designs, plans and oversees implementation of voice, data and video networks to meet scope and scale requirements.
• Troubleshoots and resolves network issues across multiple locations and international links.
• Coordinates outages and project tasks with internal teams, vendors and external organizations.
• Creates and updates network documentation and standard procedures for IT professionals.
