Qualifications

• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical evaluations and POV engagements to show integration fit.
• Translate complex use cases into actionable implementation plans.
• Act as a senior technical advisor to build trust and address challenges.
• Partner with sales to drive deal progress and align tech with business value.
• Capture customer feedback and influence product roadmap decisions.
• Lead discussions on tradeoffs to balance customer needs and scalability.
