Job summary

Nasuni is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor for commercial customers across the Pacific Time/WEST region. You will lead technical discovery, design, demonstrations, architecture discussions, and POC engagements for modernizing and protecting unstructured data.

Qualifications

• Experience as enterprise solutions engineer or related pre-sales role.
• Ability to lead technical discovery and design for complex opportunities.
• Proven track record in planning customer evaluations or POCs.
• Strong knowledge of file services, cloud, security, and data migration.
• Working knowledge of at least one cloud ecosystem (AWS/Azure/Google).
• Clear communication of technical architecture and business value.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with stakeholders to capture requirements and success criteria.
• Design solutions for enterprise environments including file data, cloud storage, and DR.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and workshops for engineers and executives.
• Own evaluations and POC engagements with defined objectives and criteria.
• Translate technical capabilities into business value to advance opportunities.
• Build relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams throughout sales cycles.
• Surface customer insights to product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Create enablement content and mentor other Solutions Engineers as needed.
• Support RFI/RFP responses with clear technical documentation.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate research while maintaining validation.
