PAXAFE is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to bridge sales and delivery, running discovery with stakeholders and shaping initial designs that support commercial proposals. You will translate designs into delivery plans and collaborate with Delivery, Product and Engineering to realize implementations.

In this hands-on, customer-facing role within PAXAFE's Commercial Organization, you will own the end-to-end technical thread from discovery to production, working with Sales, Customer Success,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles across software sales cycle and delivery.
• Scoped work in a sales cycle and delivered it.
• Strong supply chain and process background; maps current-state processes.
• Cold chain domain knowledge: temperature-controlled logistics, lanes, stability budgets.
• Excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.
• Credible with engineers while not being one.

Responsibilities

• Discovery: run technical and process discovery with customers.
• Pre-sales: deliver tailored demonstrations mapped to customer lanes and release process.
• Solutioning: own the initial solution design and map—the modules, data, integrations, scope.
• Scoping: translate design into SOWs and implementation plans; surface dependencies.
• Commercial support: partner with Sales on proposals and ensure deliverability.
• Delivery: lead solution workshops, configure relevant controls, and support go-live.
• Cross-functional: coordinate with Product, Data and Engineering to align roadmaps.
• Repeatability: build reusable assets like reference designs and discovery templates.
• Tooling: track work in Linear; map solutions in Figma/FigJam and document decisions.
