Job summary
NCR Atleos, headquartered in Atlanta, seeks a technical leader to translate IT service requirements into robust customer solutions and contracts. You will create designs for deployment, manage SME resources, and support sales with market-based pricing strategies while ensuring delivery fidelity on financial industry programs.
You will lead deployments, drive continuous improvement, and coordinate with clients and NCR teams to meet time, cost, and technical objectives, including change control
Qualifications
- Translate customer IT services requirements into solutions and contracts.
- Lead SME resources for costing and development.
- Provide presales and services presentations to customers.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer IT services requirements into customer solutions and contracts.
- Create solution designs used by development to build and deploy.
- Manage technical resources to build financial industry solutions.
- Assist sales with growing revenue and ensure NI/D delivery integrity.
- Engage SMEs for costing and development.
- Ensure due diligence with client and NCR delivery organization.
- Provide technical and service presales support; deliver presentations.
- Act as the technical lead in client deployments.
- Ensure programs meet time, cost, technical and customer objectives; manage change control.
