Job summary
NCR Atleos is seeking a solutions-focused IT professional to translate customer requirements into comprehensive solutions and contracts. You will create designs used by developers to build and deploy, while managing resources and SME teams to guarantee delivery for financial industry customers.
Travel to client sites will be approximately 30% of time. The role requires strong Windows Server administration, PowerShell automation, and IIS troubleshooting, with experience in DevOps and Agile
Qualifications
- Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 installation and administration.
- Windows services, event logs, and troubleshooting.
- IIS and application server troubleshooting.
- PowerShell scripting and automation.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer IT services requirements into customer solutions and contracts.
- Create solution designs used by development teams to build and deploy.
- Manage technical resources for delivering financial industry solutions.
- Engage SMEs for cost, development, and design of solutions.
- Provide presales technical support and deliver services presentations.
- Lead client deployments and ensure time, cost, and objectives are met.
