Job summary

You will collaborate with SMEs, contribute to market-based pricing, and support sales while ensuring delivery meets time, cost, and technical objectives across client engagements.
Qualifications
- Experience installing and administering Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
- Windows services, event logs, and troubleshooting.
- IIS and application server troubleshooting.
- PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Experience with Trellix security products.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer IT services requirements into customer solutions/contracts.
- Create solution designs for development and deployment.
- Engage SMEs for cost/solution development.
- Provide presales technical support and deliver services presentations.
- Lead client deployments and ensure times, costs, and objectives are met.
- Support sales in growing revenue while maintaining service integrity.
