Job summary

NCR Atleos is seeking a senior IT solutions professional to translate customer requirements into competitive, compliant service agreements and designs. You will lead technical teams to deliver financial sector solutions, engage SMEs for costing, and support sales with technical expertise as part of a global delivery model.

Applicants can work remotely from anywhere in the United States with up to 30% travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Proficiency with PowerShell for automation and scripting tasks.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and agile delivery models.
• Ability to support sales with technical presales and design service solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer IT service requirements into solutions/contracts that meet client needs and NCR profitability.
• Create solution designs used by developers to build and deploy.
• Lead technical resources to build and deploy financial industry solutions.
• Engage SMEs for costing, development and due diligence; ensure change control.
• Provide presales support with technical presentations to customers.
