Qualifications
- Experience translating IT services requirements into customer solutions and contracts.
- Ability to create designs used by development teams to build and deploy solutions.
- Experience coordinating with SMEs and delivery teams on solution costing and development.
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and Agile methodologies.
- Ability to support sales with revenue growth while maintaining program integrity.
- Strong technical leadership in client deployments.
Responsibilities
- Translate customer IT services requirements into customer solutions and contracts.
- Create solution designs used by development resources to build and deploy.
- Manage technical resources to deliver customer financial industry solutions.
- Assist sales with revenue growth and ensure operational and legal terms are met.
- Provide presales support with technical presentations to customers.
- Lead technical aspects of client deployment engagements.
- Ensure projects meet time, cost, and technical objectives and manage change control.
