Job summary

Immuta Inc. is seeking a Solutions Engineer to lead complex, cross-functional technical support for a global customer base. You will diagnose multi-system issues, coordinate incident response, and drive product improvements while clearly communicating findings to diverse audiences.

This hands-on, customer-facing role emphasizes collaboration, proactive problem solving, and a deep commitment to reliable data provisioning and trusted experiences across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical support, systems engineering, or DevOps in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Strong experience with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with APIs and service-based applications.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud (certifications welcome).
• Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Redshift, Starburst/Trino.
• Experience with complex incident response and root cause analysis across organizations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for diverse audiences.
• Curious, adaptable and customer-obsessed mindset.

Responsibilities

• Triage, diagnose and resolve complex customer issues spanning multiple systems or integrations.
• Lead cross-functional incident response and assist in root cause analysis and postmortems.
• Develop and maintain internal docs, runbooks and knowledge base content.
• Analyze recurring issues and advocate for product or process improvements.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to reflect customer feedback in roadmaps.
• Contribute to automation, observability and knowledge-sharing to improve support efficiency.
• Participate in weekend and holiday on-call (roughly every six weeks).
