Job summary

F5 is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical architect and adviser to Fortune 500 enterprises, shaping modern application delivery and security across multi-cloud, hybrid, and edge environments.

You will partner with Sales Directors and account teams to design, champion, and sell advanced F5 solutions that protect and accelerate mission-critical workloads while enabling AI initiatives with secure, high-performance foundations.

Qualifications

5+ years in pre-sales engineering or equivalent customer-aligned architect role.
Experience with large enterprise accounts and regulated industries.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Partner with CISOs and platform leaders to craft scalable architectural blueprints.
Evolve enterprise customers from legacy to hybrid/cloud-native app delivery.
Lead discovery, design validations, and demonstrations across WAAP and security.
Support AI workload security and integration with modern data services.
Showcase IaC workflows and CI/CD to align NetOps, SecOps, and DevOps.
Drive evaluation processes and highlight F5 value in competitive deals.
Collaborate with Product/Engineering to shape roadmaps.
