Job summary

F5 is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical architect for Fortune 500 enterprises and innovators across North America. You will design, champion, and sell modern F5 application delivery and security solutions in multi-cloud, hybrid, and edge environments to meet sales targets.

You will partner with Sales and Enterprise teams, guiding modernization journeys, architecting app delivery and security, and enabling cloud-native AI initiatives with secure foundations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in pre-sales engineering or equivalent role.
• Experience with large enterprise accounts, especially regulated industries.
• Ability to translate business goals into architectural blueprints.
• Experience with edge cloud/WAAP platforms and API gateways.
• Familiarity with securing AI workloads and modern data services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CISOs and Platform leaders to translate business goals into architectural blueprints.
• Evolve BIG-IP foundations to modern hybrid architectures across on-prem and cloud.
• Lead discovery, design validations, and demos across WAAP, Bot Defense, DDoS, and Zero Trust.
• Enable AI transformation with secure, high-performance traffic management and AI gateways.
• Demonstrate IaC and CI/CD workflows to align NetOps, SecOps, and DevOps.
