Job summary

Siena AI seeks a senior Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of the customer lifecycle, from pre‑sales demos through post‑sales builds. You will maintain the demo environment and work from within a GTM team, partnering with AEs, Engineering, Product, and Deployment to deliver tailored integrations.

You’ll run live demos, scope multi‑week POCs, and draft SOWs with ROI backing. This role requires strong communication, hands‑on API work, and deep knowledge of ecommerce CX tools, in a fully

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Solutions or Sales Engineer in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on with APIs, webhooks, and authentication; comfortable with Postman.
• Experience with ecommerce CX stacks such as Shopify plus helpdesks.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the demo environment and asset library for the GTM team.
• Run demos using real data across Support, Shopping, Social, Reviews, and Voice agents.
• Lead live technical discovery and propose solutions when the product needs tailoring.
• Own multi-week POC and trials from start to handoff.
• Scope and test integrations across the ecommerce CX stack; decide native vs. custom.
• Collaborate with AEs, Engineering, Product, and Deployment; own the technical voice.
• Draft and scope Statements of Work with ROI justification.
• Triages issues and informs roadmap with real-deal insights.
