Job summary

Sentry is seeking a Solutions Engineer to help our largest customers embed Sentry into their applications and workflows. You will work from integrating our SDK to ensuring alerts and issues reach the right place at the right time, enabling faster resolution of errors and improved developer productivity.

You will translate customer objectives into actionable plans, develop educational content, and act as a trusted advisor to improve time-to-value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience across software engineering and solutions engineering/implementation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to understand customer pain points and translate into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' pain points and translate those into implementation and onboarding plans.
• Develop best practices and content around error and performance management and Sentry product.
• Act as trusted advisor and SME to help instrument software engineering and monitoring best practices.
• Provide workshop-level interactions to drive maturity and broader adoption.
