Job summary

F5 Networks, Inc. is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (SE) to act as a trusted technical architect and advisor for Fortune 500 enterprises.

You will design and sell modern application delivery and security solutions across multi-cloud, hybrid, and edge environments and partner with Sales to meet targets. The role demands 5+ years in pre-sales or equivalent, strong enterprise experience, and hands-on skills in WAAP, API gateways, Kubernetes, and IaC.

Qualifications

5+ years of pre-sales engineering or equivalent customer-aligned architecture role.
Experience with large enterprise accounts in regulated industries.
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes.
Familiarity with edge cloud/WAAP platforms and API gateways.
Knowledge of cloud networking and security best practices.

Responsibilities

Design, validate, and demonstrate F5 app delivery and security solutions across multi-cloud/hybrid environments.
Lead technical discovery and customer architecture discussions with exec and engineering audiences.
Bridge data-centre and cloud-native modalities using declarative workflows and IaC (Terraform/Ansible).
Guide customers through modernization of BIG-IP foundations into modern infrastructure.
Collaborate with product/engineering to shape distributed cloud and security roadmaps.
