Job summary

F5 seeks a Senior Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical architect for Fortune 500 enterprises. You will design, champion, and sell modern F5 application delivery and security across multi-cloud, hybrid, and edge environments to achieve sales targets.

You will partner with Sales, Enterprise Account teams and leaders to translate complex business goals into scalable blueprints, bridging data-center infrastructure with distributed cloud and containerized environments.

Qualifications

8+ years in pre-sales engineering, systems engineering, or equivalent
Experience with large enterprise accounts, especially regulated industries
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business outcomes
Cloud-native/WAAP platforms and API gateway tech experience
Familiarity with AI workloads and secure deployments

Responsibilities

Partner with CISOs and Cloud Architects to translate business goals into architectural blueprints
Guide modernization journeys by evolving legacy deployments to hybrid architectures
Lead technical discovery, design validation, and solution demonstrations
Support cloud-native and AI transformation initiatives, incl. Kubernetes ingress and AI pipelines
Demonstrate Infrastructure-as-Code workflows and CI/CD to align NetOps/SecOps/DevOps
